We are committed to ensuring your Laptop / Computer is working as promised hence we give every customer 1 week time to test and check the purchased laptop for any defects. We will cover all expensed to replace or fix the laptop / computer for any technical issues within the first week (additional warranty to up to 2 months is available for some models). Note that the cosmetic appearance is sold as-is at time of purchase, and this warranty does not cover any external damage done to the laptop / computer that took place under the customers care from the time of purchase.
