At Computers for Moms, we are committed to providing our customers with reliable and high-quality devices. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy for all purchases.

  1. Standard Warranty Coverage (1 week in house warranty for all laptops by default)
    1. Initial Testing Period: Every customer is entitled to a 1-week testing period from the date of purchase to thoroughly check the laptop or computer for any technical defects.
    2. During this period, we will cover all expenses for repairs or replacement if any technical issues arise, ensuring your device functions as promised.
  2. Extended Warranty
    For selected models, customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty of up to 2 months, providing additional peace of mind. Please inquire about extended warranty availability at the time of purchase.
  3. Cosmetic Appearance
    The cosmetic condition of the laptop or computer (e.g., scratches, minor dents, or signs of prior use) is sold as-is at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover aesthetic concerns unless they directly affect the device’s functionality.
  4. Exclusions
    The warranty does not cover external damage caused by the customer after the time of purchase. Examples include but are not limited to accidental drops, spills, or any other form of misuse.
