Payment Options

We offer a variety of payment methods to ensure a smooth and convenient purchasing experience. Please review the details below:

1. PayNow
   • Select PayNow during checkout, and our UEN PayNow details will be sent to your email.
   • To secure your order, please complete payment immediately. Payments not received within 1 hour of purchase will result in order cancellation.
2. Atome
   • Enjoy flexible payment plans with Atome, offering 3-month instalments. For eligible customers, a 6-month instalment plan may also be available for selected Atome users.
   • Choose Atome as your payment option at checkout, and you’ll be redirected to their official platform to complete your purchase.
   • Please Note: A 5% processing fee applies to all Atome payments.
   • Your laptop will be delivered upon the successful payment of your first instalment.
3. Grab PayLater
   • Pay in instalments over 4, 8, or 12 months with Grab PayLater. The 8- and 12-month plans are available to selected Grab users only.
   • Simply select Grab PayLater at checkout to proceed to their official website and make your first instalment payment.
   • Please Note: A 5% processing fee applies to all Grab PayLater payments.
   • Your laptop will be delivered upon successful payment of the first instalment.
4. Credit Card via Stripe
   • We accept payments through MasterCard and VISA. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
   • Important: Debit card payments via Stripe will incur an additional 3.5% fee. To avoid these extra charges, please use the PayNow option for debit card transactions

Delivery Options

Next-Day Delivery: $10
Delivery is available on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays) between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Same-Day Delivery: $25
Same-day delivery is available on weeknights (excluding Public Holidays) between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM via Grab or Lalamove.

Self-Collection

• Pick up your order at our warehouse in Ang Mo Kio.
• Once you select this option, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange a collection time.
• Self-collection is available on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays) between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Laptop Grading System

Grade A (Lightly used)
Our Grade A laptops are in the best condition. To achieve a Grade A rating, a laptop must show minimal signs of usage or physical wear. These laptops may have very light scratches but are otherwise in excellent shape.

Grade B (Well used)
Grade B laptops show more noticeable signs of usage, such as dings, scratches, or worn keys. Despite these aesthetic imperfections, Grade B laptops function flawlessly. The keyboard, trackpad, and screen are all in good working condition. While these laptops may have minor dents or additional signs of wear, they deliver performance that is nearly on par with Grade A laptops.
