We do multiple tests right up to 5 minutes before we deliver to ensure the laptops are in perfect working condition. We highly recommend that you test the laptop when you receive it and monitor all its functions for the next week.

For laptops, we do not provide external mouse. For desktops, we typically sell as a full set with keyboard and mouse unless otherwise specified.

It depends, on the main issue of the computer or laptop. But we will assess and advise you the estimated time we need to fix the laptop or computer.

Beyond the warranty period, yes there will be charges if we are able to repair. If we are unable to repair depending on the damage, we will recommend you to visit a retail service center.

At any time, the laptop / computer needs to be returned to us for assessing or repair - it will be at the cost of the customer. We also provide courier pick up and delivery at $12 per trip.

We do not accept cash on delivery as we used a third-party courier. All payments to be approved online.

It is important to understand specs and view the pictures or videos that we shared to ensure it meets your requirement and liking.

We do not offer cash refund, however we issue credits back if the item we sent did not work as promised (based on specs) and you can re-use the credits to upgrade or exchange with another available laptop. Decision to claim credits must be informed to us within the first week of purchase.

These are refurbished laptops of at least 43-6 years of age. They have been completely reconfigured to work like brand new. They are looking decent most of the time. Refurbished laptops are generally cheaper because they are not new, their parts that were replaced are cheaper, they no longer have manufacturer warranty and they may have mild sign of wear and tear. They are not for fussy buyers.

It depends. Some laptops still come with a well powered battery. For selected ones, we do change the battery to a brand new one if the current one Is faulty. If so, we will update in the specs to inform that It comes with a brand new battery. New batteries often results in slightly higher selling price.

Yes, as we Installed Windows 10 operating system, this automatically comes with Windows Defender as the default anti virus software.

There are typically two USB ports for laptops, and at least 4 for a desktop computer. We test all USB ports to ensure they are working before we sell.

You can contact us to see if we can be of assistance. Typically, if the issue can be solved over phone - there is no extra fees. But if we need to assess the physical laptop, then we will need the laptop back in hand. After assessing, we will quote you if we can fix your laptop. For small fixes, we tend not to charge but if we have to replace any damaged parts, we will quote you a reasonable fee and you can decide.

We only provide refund in credits should the laptop or computer we sold is not in working order within the first week of ourchase and all possible attempts to repair it, is futile. The credits can be used to upgrade or exchange with other available laptops (within the next 1-2 weeks maximum).

We are a Singapore registered company and we sell locally. If you intend to order for someone who is based overseas, we can only commit to send to a local address and you will have to manage the on-forwarding overseas on your own.

If the laptop is working well and fast in this first week (warranty period) it generally means the laptop will continue to work well without issues. Please do not hesitate to still chat up with us and we will try our best to understand what could have caused the lag and resolve it for you.

We only sell our laptops with original Microsoft Windows licenses and not with any MS Office license. Some laptops might have a preinstalled version of MS Office by our supplier which we never activated and also never mention as part of the laptop purchase. We recommend to delete and/or purchase a legit license for MS office. These are available at a cheap monthly rate or a one time purchase price. We don't sell any MS Office licenses with our laptops. Only the Windows 10 license. Another free option to consider: the free tools from Google.

Yes, we allow exchange of laptops within the first week after purchase. The replacement laptop need to be an upgrade (higher priced) anda restocking fee of $25 applies.

We accept payment modes via credit cards, Paynow, Atome or Grab Pay Later installment plans.
